About Hawaii AVX | Creative Event Production & AV Rentals on O‘ahu
Hawaii AVX provides audio, video, lighting, LED wall, staging, and event production services for concerts, corporate events, weddings, hotel events, private events, and large-scale outdoor productions across O‘ahu.
We started Hawaii AVX in 2019 after years of producing live events in Hawai‘i. What began with one LED wall purchased for our own electronic dance music events has grown into a full-service production company built around creative design, practical execution, and real event experience.
Our background is not just in renting equipment. We come from the world of live concerts, club events, festivals, and event promotion — where the production has to look good, work reliably, and deliver an experience that people remember.
Hawaii AVX grew out of our work with Metta, our concert promotion and live event company. Through Metta, we have produced hundreds of events and learned production from the ground up — not just as vendors, but as the people responsible for the entire event.
That experience shaped the way we work today.
We understand what it takes to design a room, build a stage, run video, program lighting, manage timelines, and support artists, clients, venues, and guests. We have produced everything from intimate club events to outdoor concerts and festivals for audiences of up to 6,000 people.
Because we have been on the promoter side, the client side, and the production side, we understand the pressure that comes with putting on a successful event.

Coming from electronic dance events and live music, we understand that production is more than equipment. Lighting, video, staging, and design all affect how people experience a moment. We have executed more than 400 events and continue to support over 80 events annually through our production and promotion work. That level of repetition matters. It means we are not guessing when we walk into a venue. We have real experience with fast load-ins, outdoor conditions, tight schedules, limited power, venue restrictions, artist requirements, and changing event needs.
